Conditions for Returns At CraftsFactory.in, each product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. While we strive to ensure complete satisfaction, returns are subject to the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances: The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect The issue is reported within the specified return window mentioned on the product page Minor variations in color, texture, or design that occur due to the handmade nature of products are not considered defects.

2. Return Request Timeline Customers must initiate a return request within 2 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted. (You may update the return window as per your business policy, commonly 7 or 10 days.)

3. Condition of Returned Products To be eligible for a return: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be included Products should not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery

4. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: Customized or made-to-order products Items purchased during clearance or special sales (unless damaged or defective) Products clearly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

5. Verification Process All return requests are subject to verification. Customers may be asked to share images or videos of the product to validate the return claim before approval.

6. Reverse Pickup & Shipping Reverse pickup availability depends on location and courier serviceability. If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship the product as per instructions provided by CraftsFactory.in.

7. Refund or Replacement Once the returned product passes quality inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Policy Updates CraftsFactory.in reserves the right to modify these Conditions for Returns at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective once published on the website.
