1. Order Cancellation by Customer Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately through our Contact Us page or customer support channels with the order details.
2. Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Items Some products are made-to-order or customized. Such orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as they are crafted specifically for the customer.
3. Cancellation by CraftsFactory.in CraftsFactory.in reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances: Product unavailability Pricing or listing errors Payment issues Unforeseen circumstances affecting artisan production or delivery In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders If an order is cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank and typically take several business days.
5. No Cancellation After Dispatch Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers are advised to refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable) for further assistance.
6. Policy Updates CraftsFactory.in reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective once published on the website.
